Towards the end of a hospital stay, patients generally experience at least one day of maintenance and monitoring. At Welcome Home House Calls, we believe these last days of care are the most important to determine whether the patient is ready to return to their everyday life, and to help them do so, but we see no reason this needs to be done in the hospital.
